Mechanism of Action

Pyrilutamide is a non-steroidal topical androgen receptor (AR) degrader and antagonist developed by Kintor Pharma. It binds to the AR ligand-binding domain, blocking DHT signaling at the follicle. It may also promote AR protein degradation, providing a dual mechanism of androgen blockade.
