Mechanism of Action
Vitamin E is a lipid-soluble antioxidant that protects cell membranes from oxidative damage. Tocotrienols, a less common form, have more potent antioxidant activity than tocopherols and may reduce lipid peroxidation in the scalp, improving the follicular microenvironment. Vitamin E also improves blood circulation, potentially enhancing nutrient delivery to follicles.
